From leading mega infrastructure projects to executing small investigative reviews and educational initiatives, he customises his approach to meet the specific needs of each project and organisation. Robert excels in managing complex technical, commercial, legal, and stakeholder interfaces and swiftly integrates, leads, and manages multi-functional teams of highly specialised experts.
His international career includes working with local and global Tier 1 rail manufacturers, engineering consulting and construction firms, government organisations, and tertiary education providers. His extensive experience covers all project phases and delivery models, such as private-public partnerships (PPPs), brownfield projects, multi-modal transportation, and policy initiatives. Robert has held various corporate-level roles encompassing engineering, commercial procurement, construction, transportation planning, project controls, governance, and corporate training.

His expertise includes the design and construction of roads, bridges, civil, structural, and rail systems, as well as multi-modal transportation planning and construction management.
