He has extensive expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, including feasibility design, business case development, construction, mobilisation, and delivery.

His major project experience includes significant roles in Cross River Rail, Sydney Metro City and Southwest / Western Sydney Airport, Parramatta Light Rail, Western Sydney Airport, UK rail franchising, and Crossrail (UK).

Martin excels in stakeholder management, offering strategic advisory support to clients and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Martin holds an MBA, a Diploma in Management Services, and is a certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner.

With a strong foundation in project and business management, he applies best practices to deliver optimal, practical business outcomes for infrastructure clients, advisors, and the supply chain.

Martin has led rolling stock integration, fleet management, and operational readiness initiatives, providing technical and operational advisory support for projects such as Parramatta Light Rail and Crossrail (UK). He has overseen rolling stock specifications, depot functionality, and procurement processes, delivering significant improvements in fleet performance, efficiency, and cost savings.
