Jerome has over 40 years of solid experience gained on a broad spectrum of projects across most sectors including large-scale industrial facilities, power stations, mining, built environment and infrastructure projects (road, rail, maritime, and aviation).
He has led multidisciplinary teams on numerous projects, advised clients on the justification of various strategic alternatives, and has provided cost benefit analysis advice on numerous projects.

Career History
In the transport space, Jerome acted in advisory roles on a broad range of project types often on client-side roles but also on respondent or construction teams. In 2014, Jerome provided high-level advice on the North West Rail Link (since renamed Sydney Metro) Operations – Trains and Stations Private Public Partnership (PPP) bid that SNC-Lavalin was responding to.
From 2015 to 2018, Jerome provided technical advice to the J-TREC rolling stock team working on the Bangkok Purple Line. In 2016, Jerome provided high-level environmental and sustainability advice for the successful respondent to the High-Capacity Rail PPP Project (2016) in Victoria.
In 2017, he led the successful bid for the Concept Design for the Rail Link on the Western Sydney Airport and eventually led the
Sustainability strategy. More recent projects where Jerome has provided advice include the Stockyard Hill Wind Farm project in Victoria and the Yangon to Mandalay Rail Project in Myanmar.
Previous positions held by Jerome have included Project Manager, Project Director, General Manager and Business Development. Manager roles predominantly in the engineering and environmental consulting fields. In these roles, he has managed multimillion-dollar projects in a wide range of industries in Australia, Europe, Canada and Asia.
