Chinmay is an experienced Electrical Engineer specialising in rolling stock. Since 2021, he has been instrumental in leading and supporting major railway projects, and his expertise spans Signalling Compatibility Testing, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, and Systems Analysis for clients like Sydney Metro, CAF, Pacific National, Alstom and Aurizon.

Chinmay is an experienced project manager with a solid background in railway signalling compatibility testing, having successfully led multiple projects from initiation to completion. He developed and implemented comprehensive project plans, managed timelines and budgets, and maintained risk and change registers throughout the project lifecycle.
Chinmay facilitated effective communication by leading meetings and coordinating pre- and post-shift briefings to align team efforts while upholding safety standards. His proactive approach to risk management ensured that projects adhered to safety regulations, ultimately enhancing project safety and reliability.
Technical experience
Chinmay has significant experience in railway projects, particularly focusing on signalling compatibility and electrical engineering for trainsets, locomotives, and track machines. He has authored key technical documents, ensured compliance
with RIMs standards, and conducted on-site signalling tests in Spain and Australia, while also managing the RFI tracker and finalising test plans.
As an independent certifier, he reviewed EMU train documents and addressed discrepancies in supplier documentation. He also managed live testing data acquisition, prepared detailed reports to assure stakeholders of accuracy, and analysed system failures to propose improvements for in-cab communication systems.
